Smokey is a handsome boy with a big personality! He enjoys exploring his space and receiving affection on his own terms. When he is feeling relaxed and cuddly, he will bump his head against your hand to ask for a couple of brief rubs on his face and neck. Smokey likes only a few pets, however, and when he is done, he will tell you with his body language. Just like most cats, Smokey loves affection and attention when he wants it; when he's done, he's done, and that's okay! This big beautiful boy would love to chase after a laser pointer and bat around little cat toys, and then he can curl up in a nice patch of sunshine on a windowsill and snooze the day away. Smokey is an athletic boy and he's ready to make your house a home! He has lived with dogs, though he is particular about his interactions: he prefers a quiet household, and if the dog gets excited around him, he becomes a little grumpy (typical of a cat).
